A MESSAGE FROM MICHELLE

Welcome to STUDIO50!  It was my dream to create a community of people passionate about health and fitness in my hometown. Our mission is to help you feel happier and healthier!  More than a fitness studio, I wanted to create a wellness center with a culture of positivity and health.  Wellness is a combination of diet, nutrition, and lifestyle. So we offer group fitness classes, private training, nutritional and health coaching, as well as aesthetic services to help you feel and look your best.

FITNESS:

Each fitness modality that we offer was selected for being efficient, effective and fun!  If you are going to put the time into a workout, I am going to make sure you get the results you are looking for.  Cross training is essential to optimize your results, so we offer multiple types of classes.  Each class compliments the next allowing for variety and greater results!

Our instructors are all supportive, knowledgeable, fun, creative, and motivating.  They make the most vigorous workouts fun!  They meet their clients wherever they are in their fitness journey and take them where they want to go.  You will never feel judged here! Our team defines the positive culture at Studio50!

HEALTH COACHING:

Exercise alone will never lead to true wellness. To be fully healthy and look and feel our best, we must have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Our wellness coaches can help and support you on your journey to optimal health. You don’t have to do it alone.

AESTHETICS:

Look Good, Feel Good! At studio50 we offer body sculpting and facial rejuvination services. Combine our biohacks with a healthy diet and regular exercise and you will look and feel your best!

STUDIO50 is my happy place. It is full of my favorite people, my favorite workouts and my favorite treatments.  I am so grateful for all the family and friends that have supported us in our endeavor.  I feel so fortunate for the support of my amazing clients and community.  My husband, Pete, and I were both born and raised here in Larchmont Mamaroneck.  We knew this is where we would raise our family and where we wanted to start our business.  Mostly, I am unbelievably thankful for the unwavering support of my husband, Pete, and our three children, Leila, Matty, and Summer.  Without you my dreams could not have become a reality.  I love you to the moon and back.
