In our coaching sessions we look at health from a holistic perspective. You’ll learn how to blend nutrition, fitness, movement, relation, sleep, relationships and more to achieve your best health.

Cost: $60/session | 6 week commitment
Overview: Revive and Thrive is a transformative 6-week wellness program designed to kickstart your journey to lasting health. Created for women aged 30 and beyond, this program offers practical strategies for sustainable weight loss, nutrition, and overall well-being, guided by expert coaches.

Initial 1:1 Goal Review Session: A personalized session to meet you where you are and understand your unique goals, setting the stage for your tailored wellness journey. This is scheduled the week before the start date and must be completed
6 Weekly Sessions: Available via Zoom or In-Person.

A single session with a health coach to assess your situation, and set a course for the future.

6 pack of sessions
Our six pack of health coaching sessions will help you to set goals, achieve them, weather set backs, regroup, and succeed! Pack must be used within 6 months.

10 pack of sessions
This pack, helps you save $ while achieving your long term goals. We will asses your situation, set personalized realistic goals, achieve them, and then set new higher goals… and achieve them! We space the last few sessions out to make sure you are staying on track while flying solo!

How does one to one health coaching work?
We pair you with one of our experienced health coaches for a free consultation, during which you discuss your unique health goals. Our health coach will take a personalized health history and discuss they ways in which she can help you. You decide if you would like to move forward with one of our health coaching programs.
what sorts of health issues can you help with?
Our coaches are experienced in supporting a variety of health goals including weight loss, increasing muscle and strength, lowering blood pressure, minimizing toxin exposure, improving sleep, minimizing. stress and many more.
How much does health coaching cost?
The cost of group health coaching depends on the program. Please refer to the Revive & Thrive section
The cost of One on One health coaching starts at $120/hr.
Does health coaching work?
Health coaching works because we take a client centered approach. We look at your unique goals, assess your particular challenges and strengths, and work with you to develop a plan that you are confident you can follow. We help you get excited and we hold you accountable.
Do you offer meal plans?
While we offer nutritional advice and mela and recipe suggestions, we do not provide meal plans. We HELP YOU create a plan that works for YOU, based on your preferences!
Do I have to count calories or macros?
Nope! But we can help if you want to! There are no rules in our programs. While we think food journaling is a useful tool to get perspective, strict tracking is not for everyone.
