Jen Mullen

Jen is a local resident, proud mother of three, and dedicated Integrative Health Coach. With a background as a special education teacher, she has always had a passion for educating others and finds immense satisfaction in creating simple, wholesome meals for her family.

Inspired by her mother’s health challenges and her own desire to better nourish her family with whole foods, Jen pursued a certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, deepening her commitment to guiding others toward wellness and lasting health.

Jen's approach to health coaching is rooted in a back-to-basics philosophy, focusing on understanding metabolism and fostering sustainable lifestyle changes. She empowers her clients with practical steps and emphasizes that health goes beyond the physical, aiming to inspire well-being and joy in every aspect of life.

Her method, known as the "Simply Living Way," moves away from quick fixes and diet trends. Jen is a master at teaching others a realistic and incremental approach to wellness, successfully guiding many individuals toward healthier eating patterns and more vibrant lifestyles through balanced nourishment and practical habits.

Jen works closely with clients both 1:1 and through her signature group coaching program, "Revive & Thrive," which she co-teaches with Kerry Fineberg.
