Kerry Fineberg
Kerry has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years. She has been teaching barre, the Lagree method, and HIIT at Studio50 since its inception and earned her health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Kerry is a Northern California native, growing up with a constant focus on personal health and well being. She has always been dedicated to nurturing and supporting those around her. Prior to her work as a health coach, she worked in public relations and charitable giving, devoting herself to encouraging others to promote their best selves through community building and individual wellness.
She lives locally with her husband and their two teenagers. Kerry’s own journey into peri/menopause further deepened her interest into fitness, health, and nutrition in support of these life phases.
Kerry’s approach to health and wellness is an extension to her own health and wellness goals: she practices what she teaches, often testing out wellness principles and theories on herself. She strives to help clients work towards finding the right balance to create healthy habits and lifestyle changes that are realistic and not fads. Striving for balance is her passion!
